About Solasterra
Solasterra: The City of the Cave Elves is the opening volume of an epic fantasy saga that follows an underground civilization across eras — from its origins to its eventual reckoning with the modern world.
Inspired by real-world history, mythology, and the idea that entire cultures could exist just beyond the edge of known civilization, Solasterra explores themes of preservation, freedom, and the cost of remaining hidden.
Some materials connected to Solasterra exist outside the public archive and are released only through provisional scholarly access.
About the PENN Field Records
The Pirate Elf News Network (PENN) is the first discovered written record of Solasterra — created by two children who noticed changes in the tunnels before the city realized it was being watched.
These field records were not intended for publication.
They were written quietly, privately, and incompletely — preserved only because something in the underground paths began to shift.
PENN serves as the public entry point into Solasterra —
the first lantern light, and the first door left partially open.
Further records remain sealed.
Why I Write
I’ve always been fascinated by what lies beneath the surface — both literally and metaphorically. Whether in history, geography, or storytelling, I’m drawn to the idea that the most important forces are often unseen.
Writing allows me to explore those hidden spaces and imagine the civilizations, people, and choices that might exist there.
